While we will do our best to shoot as many rides as possible, in order to guarantee your ride is photographed, you must pre-register. Pre-Registration is $20.00 per rider per day which can be used towards purchasing of pictures after the event.

How It Works:
You need to pre-register for each day you want to be photographed. For example, if you want pictures taken on your ride on Friday, Saturday & Sunday, your total pre-registration cost is $60.00 (regardless of how many rides you have each day). Once you register and your payment has been confirmed, you will receive a voucher number via email. That voucher number will act as credit towards any photographs you purchase online after the show. So if you register for 3 days (i.e. $60), your voucher will be good for $60 worth of photos and/or products made from your proofs.

Refund Policy:
Refunds are only given if we are unable to get any photos of you on your ride day. Refunds will not be given for inclement weather (we do not shoot in the rain) or scratched classes.
